Couple hrs. later I get an update stating that "assessment was complete and beginning to resolve issue". I emailed the tech and asked him to clue me in on the issue(s). Here is his response:
"Your suspicions were correct! The original motherboard has now been replaced and your system is booting into Windows with no issues.
All loose crews have been removed from the case and I have double-checked all of the motherboard screws to ensure that they are completely tightened down.
I will now run our stability testing on your system to ensure everything is working correctly."
There you have it, MB became loose during transit and was flapping in the breeze.......... so to speak.
Hopefully everything will work out OK
